Your website is often your buyer’s first impression of your brand. This can have a lasting effect on how they do business with you. Our designers understand this and aim to make eye-catching websites that illustrate your unique brand and the products and/or services you offer.

Custom Website Design

It can be incredibly difficult to set your brand apart from others. Many businesses decide on using something like SquareSpace, Wix, or WordPress to design their website and have someone internally manage the website. While that makes it easy to make a presence online, having a bland website can be the difference between gaining or losing a customer.

Website design is an arduous process that, when done right, can create a memorable brand online. Tens of thousands of design companies claim they can design a website that will help a brand stand out, but a lot of designs end up looking the same. Many of these sites rely on industry standards that, when becoming a standard, lose their flavor.

It is important to design a website that takes into consideration the following factors:

  1. Interesting and relevant factors of a brand that make it stand out.
  2. What the audience is looking for in an online experience.
  3. Visual storytelling to make the brand’s offering compelling to the user.
  4. Best practices for user interaction.
  5. Conversion elements to compel the user to engage.

Our Design Process

Building exceptional websites requires a rock solid design process. Each step of this process ensures both quality assurance and new developments match the client’s vision. Our process includes:

  1. Discovery: Understanding the client’s vision and requirements is crucial. During the discovery phase of the process we set up meetings with the client and those involved in building the brand. Branding and feature requirements are gathered alongside preference in terms of colour scheme, site structure, and unique pages.
  2. Prototyping: Once our design team has an understanding of the client’s vision, a wireframe prototype of the website is created to give a vision for how the website will function. During this process colour sampling and branding are proposed with the wireframing to give the client a visual look at how the design team has envisioned the website.
  3. Design: The design phase involves fleshing out all aspects of the website including page structure, navigation, and visuals for key pages. Pages are taken from Google’s UX Playbook and other user experience standards. Each page is presented to the client to get feedback on the visuals, content, and the conversion experience.
  4. Implementation: Once the design has been finalized, we implement the website in accordance to the client’s wishes. Whether it is implementing the design in WordPress or on another platform, our implementation team conducts rigorous testing to ensure every aspect of the design is consistent across various devices and resolutions. Each feature is tested to ensure it works as intended.
